PURE Development Holding

PURE Development Holding is a group of companies specializing in the design and construction of single-family house estates. The holding is nationwide in scope and is currently developing projects around Warsaw, Wroclaw and Poznan.

The group is guided by the idea of resident-friendly projects, choosing locations where one can combine the comfort of living away from the hustle and bustle of the city without sacrificing accessibility to stores, schools or essential services.

For PURE Development Holding, we made a series of websites, including a site based on the WordPress solution.

Main goals
and project challenges

The main goal of the project was to create a series of visually and functionally consistent websites for PURE Development group. The UX and UI design was prepared by UX GIRL, a Warsaw-based design studio we are friends with.

The websites were designed to attractively and clearly present the holding company’s offer, including individual companies; to present currently sold apartments within three newly developed estates, to present already completed investments, to present the principles and values of the PURE group and to facilitate contact with representatives of individual companies.

Comprehensive CMS

Creating a CMS that allows for easy management of both investments (housing estates) and information and statuses of individual apartments.

Functionality

Scope of work

Comprehensive functional and graphic design of the sites was done by UX GIRL studio. At this stage of the work, our role was to consult on functionality, both in terms of the interface of the pages and the best solutions for content handling (CMS), database and hosting.

Based on the prepared UX/UI design, we made a responsive code for the pages and a CMS based on WordPress.

The work included comprehensive manual testing (QA) and deployment of all sites to the client’s servers.

Characteristic functionalities

Due to the type of industry for which the sites were made, their main functionality was the presentation of Pure Development’s current offer of apartments for sale.

Functional sub-pages were created to present a list of apartments in the form of a clear, sortable table, as well as an interactive map that allows viewing the current status of the units, broken down by the stages of their completion.

Content editing system – CMS based on WordPress

On the side of the CMS panel, which was based on WordPress, an important element is the ability to freely edit both the marketing content of the pages, as well as information on the parameters and statuses of the apartments.

Particularly important was the linking of information from the apartment table with an interactive map showing the location of a given house on the estate and its current availability status: not ready, vacant, reserved, sold.

The CMS created by us allows the client to independently add both new settlements, apartments, as well as create various types of maps dedicated to specific newly created settlements – it is not necessary to involve programmers in this process.

Summary

To meet the expectations of PURE Development Holding, we created a functional, scalable CMS based on WordPress praz an attractive responsive website interface. As a result, the client can use this tool for future development investments.
