Multi-vendor vintage e-commerce
Patyna
Patyna is a popular online sales platform that allows users to buy and sell vintage items.
In order to better serve the site’s large number of daily visitors, our team was asked to design a new complex sales framework for resellers managing their profiles.
We used the WordPress platform in conjunction with Woocommerce to build the site.

We began with an in-depth analysis of the website’s page architecture. Next, we formulated the best possible way to deliver data to users, and combined that structure with the graphic design work done by independent consultant Emilia Obrzut.
One of Patyna’s main branding ideals is a smooth and clean aesthetic. With this in mind, we worked to ensure the site’s structure, graphics, and design met Patyna’s high standards.
“A vintage website, built in a modern way.”
A big aspect of this project was the modification of Patyna’s WooCommerce (E-Commerce) plugin for WordPress.
Our team built a functional CMS based on WooCommerce, enabling sellers to manage their accounts and list / sell products across a variety of categories.
Patyna.pl’s search engine is a very important part of the website. After a search term is typed in, a list of suggestions appear, helping users quickly find the products they are looking for. Besides the standard search bar, users can also easily initiate an advanced search dropdown feature.
This advanced search dropdown utilizes numerous filters, such as price range, country of origin, and designer / manufacturer.
Before launching the new site, we tested out various aspects of the registration process, for both buyers and sellers.
Once registered, each seller enjoys access to a functional administrator panel, giving them full control over their listings and promotions. While buyers can quickly log in using their Facebook or Google accounts.
