The University of Wroclaw, one of the most prestigious schools in all of Poland, asked us to assist in the creation of a modern recruitment website and system.

Our team was tasked with integrating the school’s extensive pre-existing database and applications with this new system, and connecting it to the main university website.

Initially, we conducted thorough research and due diligence on the university’s existing online recruitment system. This analysis allowed us to fully understand the scope of the project and to devise the most effective strategy for moving forward.

UI&UX Interface

Creating a user-friendly, and transparent, interface (UI/UX) was a top priority.

Once a favorable layout was designed by the Projektor Group, another agency assisting on the project, we integrated it with the university’s existing database.

Integration with other systems

As previously mentioned, integration was one of the major tasks assigned to our team.

After assessing the necessary requirements, we combined all of the university’s relevant data and information from pre-existing databases.

Then, the new recruitment site was connected with the main university CMS and modified with new features.

Summary

The integration and launch of the new recruitment site was a success, resulting in a long-term working relationship between Smultron and the University of Wroclaw.
