Our aim was to design and code a website for the Kyoto–Krakow Foundation created by Krystyna Zachwatowicz and Andrzej Wajda. The Foundation is known for promoting Japanese culture and art at the Manggha Museum of Japanese Art and Technology, promoting Andrzej Wajda’s legacy and supporting young artists by providing scholarships.

We made a UX (User experience) project and a website layout design.
The colors of the website and used graphics refer directly to Japanese woodcuts, Ukiyo-e.
Japan was near and dear to Andrzej Wajda. Calendar: Andrzej Wajda and Japan present the director’s relationship with the Land of the Rising Sun in a chronological order. Simple and intuitive navigation allows you to read about the events of each year.
We have provided a high contrast version of the website with the same content and functionality as the basic version. CMS is based on WordPress.
