ZEAL Instant Games is a game studio focused on developing digital lottery-style games such as online scratch cards, instant win titles, and slots. The company is part of ZEAL Network SE, a publicly listed group on the German stock exchange with years of experience in the lottery and iGaming sectors.

The new website was designed to serve a dual purpose: showcase ZEAL’s game portfolio through playable demo versions available directly in-browser, and support the company’s sales and partnership activities in a B2B context. The relaunch was especially important due to an upcoming major industry conference, where ZEAL would present its offer at a dedicated booth.

The UX/UI design of the new website was prepared by Edisonda, and the technical implementation was carried out by our team at Smultron Web Development.

Integration with Web Games API – enabling demos to launch directly in a modal on the site, securely and smoothly, using a token-based API.

Dual tone design – balancing a visually rich presentation of games with a professional communication style suited for business clients.

Tight timeline – the site had to go live before the industry event, requiring efficient work and close collaboration.

Custom features

In-site game demos – users can browse and launch playable demo versions directly on the site in a modal window, without page reloads.

Advanced filtering – visitors can filter the portfolio by category, game mechanics, and RTP variants. ZEAL manages these filters through a custom CMS.

Cooperation

The project was delivered through close, agile collaboration with the ZEAL team:

Slack – a dedicated channel for daily communication and task tracking,

Weekly online stand-ups – to align progress and priorities,

Ad hoc calls – for technical topics, API testing, and reviews.
